What plans do you offer?
We offer three subscription tiers:
Keepsake: 5 digital messages/year – $7.99/mo or $79/year
Legacy Light: 10 digital messages + 2 printed letters/year – $17.99/mo or $179/year
Eternal: Unlimited digital messages + 6 printed letters/year + priority support – $39.99/mo or $399/year
All plans include access to your private dashboard, event scheduler, and one Trusted Contact.
Do I have to commit annually?
No—monthly billing is available for all plans. However, you’ll receive approximately 17% off by choosing an annual subscription.
Message Scheduling & Delivery
Can I schedule messages far in advance?
Yes! You can schedule messages for future dates, anniversaries, or milestones. However:
Only active subscribers can schedule or send messages.
If your subscription lapses, all future messages (digital or printed) will be paused until your account is reactivated.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
All future scheduled messages will be paused. You can reactivate anytime to resume or edit your message queue.
Can I still access my dashboard if I cancel?
Yes, but you'll be in read-only mode. You won’t be able to schedule or send new messages until your subscription is active again.
How do you make sure letters are delivered on time?
Printed letters are handled by our fulfillment team, timed based on the delivery date you choose. Please allow a few days of buffer when selecting mailing dates. Digital messages are queued through our automated scheduler.

Can someone help me write the messages?
Yes! We offer add-on support:

A Trusted Contact is someone you authorize to help manage or receive your messages in case you're unable to. They can be given access after account inactivity or upon verification of an event (e.g., death, illness).
How is my data protected?
All messages are encrypted and stored securely. Only you—and your chosen Trusted Contact(s)—can access them.
Billing & Account
Can I switch plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your remaining credit will be prorated.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our service involves advance scheduling and printing logistics, refunds are not offered after message delivery begins. If you cancel mid-subscription, your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle.
How do I cancel or reactivate my subscription?
You can manage your plan at any time through your dashboard’s Billing section.
